Spline Cycle

This is the alternate logo that I created for a project. I'm kind of a cycling nut (although I tend to ride a mountain bike since it handles the urban/suburban environment better if you like to take shortcuts or just ride on road with any amount of potholes or bad pavement) and so this logo graphic is another image that represents me. Basically an exercise in breaking down a moving bicycle and rider into the simplest shapes that show movement as well as a certain style. The style was sort of meant to be "tribal" looking and thus part cave painting and part trendy tatoo. It's a 3 color piece, but the 3rd color can be made with stippling black at 50% and still look sort of alright.
